The nutrient content of Pumpkin Seed is something to behold: pumpkin seed has many skin benefits. It's an incredible plant based ingredient for our skin, particularly our face, as it's high in:
- Vitamin A (helps keep skin firm and healthy)
- Beta Carotene (a precursor of Vitamin A)
- Vitamins B2 & B3 (softens the skin and improves complexion)
- Potassium (naturally moisturizing and hydrating)
- Magnesium (an essential mineral for skin health)

This luxurious butter is a soft-solid that melts on contact with the skin. It is made with pure pumpkin seed oil that is expeller crushed from fresh pumpkin seeds. Great for belly balms, lip balms, eye makeup remover creams, hair conditioning creams, baby balms and soaps.

Shelf Life

Skincare is food for the skin.

The two goals of fresh and natural, mean a natural product should be fresh and a fresh product should be natural. The normal anticipated shelf life of a natural product is about 1 year from the date of purchase from the manufacturer. The actual shelf life of the product may be longer or shorter depending on how the product is altered, changed, stored, packaged and handled before sale to the final consumer. If ingredients are added to our bases and stock products, you’ll want to consider if they will shorten or change the shelf life and stability of the product.

In general, it is up to the company that is selling to the final consumer to determine the anticipated shelf life of the product. Currently the FDA does not require expiration dates on cosmetics or skincare products. Consider being conservative about expiration time frames and encouraging the consumer to use up the product while it is fresh (3-6 months) or discard it after the time frame has pasted.

It is the responsibility of the customer to conduct appropriate research and development on the use and safety of each item they order before retailing this item to the final consumer.
