This base was created to be light enough for normal skin types with good penetration and moisturizing properties..
It is not heavy or greasy feeling and is a good choice for younger skin and is non-comedogenic.

This formulation and the levels of all ingredients in it, was specifically designed not to contribute to acne, making it an excellent choice for those under the age of 30..

This formulation can be diluted for a even thinner, lighter product.
Oil and water based ingredients can be added to give the formulation additional unique properties.
