How do I create an account?
 

1) Click the "Login/Logout" link at the top right side of our site.

2) Under “New Customer” click “Continue”.

3) Create an account by following the prompts to complete setting up your account.


Your information is NEVER sold to any other company and is kept completely private. Please view our Privacy Policy for more information.



How do I edit my account information, change my password or address(es)?
  Click on the "My Account" link in the top right-hand corner to access your account and make any changes.



Where do I find current and previous orders?
 

Information about current and previous orders will be listed in your account information.

From there you can print out invoices, look at previous orders and check the status of a current order.


Once a package has shipped, the tracking number will be listed with the order which allows you to see where the package is in transit.




I need help logging in to my account. How do I recover/change my account password?
  1) Click the "My Account" link at the top right-hand side of our site.

2) Click on the link that says "Forgot your password?"

An email will be sent to your email address that will assist you to reset your password.
