NSF Fees, Bank Charges

We will not be responsible for any bank charges you may incur such as NSF charges because of purchases you make on our site.
All payments are processed at the time they are ordered, so you should see funds drafted at the time you place your order.

Occasionally, a transaction will be authorized, but the actual payment will be rejected but will see a charge to your account.
This is only a temporary hold on funds and is a function of the banking system.
It should reverse out of your account within 24 hours.

Credit Card Charges

Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right-hand side of our site to review your orders.
You may compare your order history on our website, with your financial records.
If you have further questions or concerns, please contact customer service via email or live chat for further assistance.

Receipt or Invoice

We are a green company and have reduced paper usage to a minimum.
We recycle all paper and boxes when possible.
Your order history is available online and if you need an invoice it can be printed from there.
Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right-hand side of our site to print invoices.

We do not include invoices or packing slips with your order.
