Description Ingredients & Technical Information Formulation and Usage Information

This is an all natural, unique and proprietary formulation available only from TNS

There is no other 100% all-natural Cream / Lotion Yogurt Base on the market with a proven all-natural, broad-spectrum preservative system...until now.

We have created a unique, 100% all-natural Yogurt Cream / Lotion Base that you can customize for your market and offer to your customers that will meet all your requirements.

Chock full of protein, calcium, vitamin D and probiotics (the healthy bacteria that aid digestion), there’s no doubt yogurt provides benefits and can also do beauty wonders for your skin.

Yogurt contains lactic acid, an alpha hydroxy acid, that dissolves dead skin cells. This gentle exfoliation not only helps to create a natural glow and prevent breakouts, but works to diminish the appearance of lines and wrinkles.

Yogurt contains many powerful nutrients, but here we will focus on the nutrients responsible for rejuvenating and promoting healthy skin.
The top four nutrients that make yogurt so healthy for skin:

Zinc

Every 100 g of plain yogurt includes 1 mg of zinc, which:

  • Contains anti-inflammatory properties, which can help reduce red swellings caused by acne or rashes.
  • Is a mild astringent, which means it can help tighten tissues.
  • Is necessary for cell reproduction and growth of tissues.
  • Alleviates acne and pimples.
  • Helps regulate oil production in the sebaceous glands, thereby preventing oily skin and frequent acne breakouts.

Lactic Acid

Lactic acid, one of the key ingredients in yogurt, is used in many skin care products. Reasons why it is great for skin include the facts that it:

  • Exfoliates and moisturizes dry skin to make it smooth.
  • Helps prevent wrinkles and reduce the appearance of already-existing wrinkles.

Calcium

Much of the epidermal layer of the skin consists of calcium! Calcium is important for skin because it:

  • Contains antioxidants that help prevent and heal dry skin.
  • Facilitates skin renewal.

B Vitamins

Yogurt is rich in vitamin B2 (riboflavin), B12, and B5. A serving (one cup) of yogurt contains 20 to 30 percent of the daily recommended value of riboflavin. Here's a look at what B vitamins do:

  • Riboflavin keeps skin glowing and hydrated.
  • Riboflavin is necessary for cell growth and regeneration.
  • Riboflavin protects skin cells from oxidative damage by free radicals.
  • Vitamin B5 is responsible for facilitating the manufacture of healthy fats in cells.

This all-natural base concentrate with it's thick, rich consistency allows you to add additional ingredients and nutrients without significantly thinning the base.
With the addition of yogurt you get the additional hydrating and nourishing components that only yogurt can add to a lotion.

This base can also be thinned to the consistency you prefer for a lotion and still add the additional ingredients and nutrients to make it your own unique product. This base concentrate can easily be diluted by 50% or more for a lotion formulation.

For Example:

Add Liquid Shea oil and you now have a massage lotion or cream.

Add numerous anti-aging components like NaturLift, NaturLines or olive squalane and you have the only all-natural anti-aging formula available.

Add Cosmeceuticals or Neutraceuticals, clays, compounds ... the possibilities are only limited by your need or imagination.

Add any of our
Aroma / Scents to create a wide variety of new Yogurt Lotion products. New products you could consider would be a Cherry Yogurt Lotion or a Blueberry Yogurt Lotion. With sixty-eight current Aroma / Scents, the only limitation is your imagination.

Please note! You will NOT need to add additional Preservative (Tinosan SDC) to your end formulation unless you add liquid ingredients by more than 100% the quantity of the primary base (excluding Essential Oils and Fragrance Oils). There are a few ingredients that can bind with the Tinosan and decrease its effectiveness, like EDTA. Also, high salt content can inhibit it as well. We will help you figure this out, just call for any questions!

This can be used as a stand alone product undiluted.
