We really appreciate all our customers and are glad to have your ongoing business. We know your business and loyalty drive our business.

We have created these policies in response to the ongoing needs and unfortunately sometimes abusive and dishonest behaviors we have experienced from our customers. We have attempted to generate these policies to be fair to ALL parties involved.

By placing an order with Texas Natural Supply, you agree to all of the following terms and conditions and understand the information below and you willingly make this purchase.


You understand that Texas Natural Supply reserves the right to refuse service or purchase of products to any customer.

You understand you will be denied further purchasing if you attempt to breach any of the listed terms and conditions.

We do not have the ability to assure that every customer reads this information, since it is possible to agree to these terms without reading this information.

As consumers we hope each customer will read this prior to placing their order, but can not make them. Please do not hold us to the unreasonable standard that we should have told you personally about each of our policies.

If at all possible, please address all issues via email, as this serves as a document with a date and time stamp. Your phone call is by itself is not adequate to ensure that your issue is addressed.

Many of your questions can be answered more quickly via email or by reading through this information or looking at our FAQ section. Please limit calls to our facility to ones that can not be addressed on line. We will refer you back to our website if the information is online. 

Pricing Errors
In the event that there is a pricing error on the website we reserve the right to refund you for the item or ask if you would still like to purchase that item at the correct price. We will NOT honor pricing errors. If a price seems to high or to low in respect to comparable items please feel free to contact us for verification. 


Placing an Order:

Please place your order on our website. This is necessary to ensure order accuracy and to efficiently process customers orders. We are an E-store and are not able to take phone orders unless you are sight impaired. All other customers must order via our website.


Rush Orders:

We do not offer expedited ordering or shipping. Please plan to order and give yourself adequate time for orders to be processed and shipped. If you need to know turn around time, we can try to estimate this, but it is only a educated guess since we package and prepare each order as we receive it. Please email us for this information. Please understand that every phone call slows down the order process.

FYI: Manufactured items may increase your order turn around time.

 

Pick Up Orders

We regret that due to the concern for our personal safety and the safety of our employees we can no longer provide for the savings associated with customer pick up. All order must be paid for and shipped regardless of their destination.

Payment:

Payment via Credit Card or Paypal is offered on our website. Our security for Credit cards is extremely high. We do everything possible to insure your information and privacy are protected.

Incomplete or incorrect delivery addresses;

Any additional fees or charges that are incurred by us for redirection of your package due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided on your part (including zip code) will result in you being responsible for these fees. Proof of the additional fees will be provided and you will be expected to pay these fees to us directly. You account will remain in an "On Hold " status until the balance is brought to zero. Currently UPS charges $11.00 for this correction.

Debit Card Purchases:

We will not be responsible for any bank charges you may incur such as NSF charges because of purchases you make on our site. All payments are processed at the time of order, so you should see the funds drafted at the time you place your order.

Invoices:

We are a green company and have reduced paper usage to a minimum. We recycle all paper and boxes when possible. Your order history is available on line and if you need an invoice it can be printed from there. We do not include invoices or packing slips with your order.

MSDS's and Certificates of Analysis:

Many of the raw materials we provide are not considered hazardous and do not have an MSDS. We are not required by law to provide MSDS's to consumers. We do provide MSDS's for hazardous materials to businesses that are conducting commerce at a commercial location and have employees. We will require proof in order to provide these documents to your business.

Documents that will be accepted include: State Sales Tax and Use Permit, Business License and EIN number.

These documents must display a commercial address that is the same as your shipping address on your companies order.

Request for MSDS's should be sent via email and will be provided electronically via email. They need to be items ordered within the last 30 days.

Certificates of Analysis are only provided to businesses. They will be released on a case by case basis and must follow the same criteria as outlined above.

Samples :

We do not offer free samples. We  do offer small sizes of most of our products. These should be an adequate "sample" for you to decide you want to purchase larger quantities. 


Domestic Shipping:

We offer Shipping by UPS and US Mail.

If you want to ship via US Mail please put this in the comments section of your order. Any savings will be refunded to your payment source. It is usually not much cheaper to ship US mail unless your order is very small, very dense or outside the USA. We will not ship orders within the US via US Mail that have a value greater then $100.00.

Orders shipped via US Mail within the US will be charged a handing fee of $3.95. Orders shipped outside the USA via US Mail will be charged a handling fee of $10.00.

We can NOT guarantee packages shipped via US Mail due to their tracking system. If you want to ship US Mail and your order contains Essential Oils, D-Limonene (Orange Oil), Glycolic Acid, Lactic Acid, Potassium Hydroxide, and Sodium Hydroxide it will ship UPS. These items CAN NOT ship via US Mail.
 
We have attempted to make shipping cost as accurate as possible. We reserve the right to charge for actual additional shipping not calculated correctly by the shopping cart. If your purchase must be shipped in more than one box, and this adds an additional cost, your credit card may be charged for the additional shipping cost. We will notify you if this occurs.

In some instances, it is not possible to accurately confirm shipping charges without having packed and shipped your order. If the shopping cart can not determine the cost for shipping we will need to either charge your card for the additional amount or send you a paypal request for the balance.

Lost or Missing/Damaged Packages:

If you discover you package has not been delivered correctly or is damaged we will assist you as much as possible. Please notify us as soon as possible as there are time limitations. Do not refuse a damaged package.

If your package shipped UPS, we can require UPS to try to trace your package and determine if it was miss delivered or truly lost. If it is determined the package is lost or being returned due to damage we will send out a new package to you ASAP and file a claim for the lost at no expense to you. If you receive a damaged package please notify us upon delivery via email and we will follow up with a call to discuss the damage and replace necessary items. Do not throw away the damaged box and please take pictures as proof of the damage.

If your package shipped US Mail we must wait 2 full weeks before attempting to file a claim. Our experience is that these claims are usually denied. We can not replace items to you until we get payment, so it may be weeks or worse case that we will never be able to replace these items to you. Please keep this in mind when you request delivery via US Mail.

PayPal Customers :

Please note that paying for you order via paypal without a shipping rate at check out will extend the amount of time to process your order by at least 1-2 days. You must pay the PayPal payment request sent to you by TNS or provide credit card information in order process and ship your order.

International Customers:

Orders shipped via US Mail will be charged a $10.00 handling fee for customers paperwork.

You are responsible for any and all customs duties, taxes and brokerage fees that the package(s) may incur. TNS is not able to determine the amount of these fees before shipment. We do not authorize UPS to deliver your order unless these fees are paid. Any orders returned to us due to rejection by customs due to non-payment of brokerage and customs fees will be subject to our cancellation fee and the return shipping fees. Please be sure of your country's import restrictions/requirements prior to ordering.

These items can not be shipped outside the USA and will be removed from your order. Essential Oils, D-Limonene (Orange Oil), Glycolic Acid, Lactic Acid, Potassium Hydroxide, and Sodium Hydroxide.


Canceling an Order:

All Sales are final.

We do not accept returns or cancellations.

Please be sure you intend to order what you have selected before you finalize your order. 

Orders can not be canceled once placed.

Phone requests to cancel orders will not be honored.

The customer will be billed for the full amount of the order including shipping and the package will be sent out.
Orders cannot be canceled due to any delays in processing or shipping.

If you have a time requirement for delivery, be sure to check with us prior to placing your order.
We attempt to process and ship orders within 3-4 business days excluding weekends and Holidays but this is not an implied guarantee.

Orders can be delayed due to high order volume, Holidays, sales or other situations beyond our control.

Changing or adding/deleting items in orders:

Deleting or changing items to an order must be done prior to the order leaving the processing or manufacturing area. Once an order, or item in that order has been processed or manufactured, it can not be changed or deleted from that order.

As soon as you know you want to make changes to your order please send an email with the specific request (this must be done in writing via email) followed by a phone call to be sure we are aware of your request and to see if can be honored.

The time frame that your order moves from being received until it is processed depends on many factors and may be from hours to days. Please keep this in mind when making changes because honoring your request is time sensitive.

All the items we sell are bagged, poured or made at the time an order is processed. We do not have shelved items that are pulled so the labor cost of your order can not be recovered once it has been processed. This ensures each order has the freshest products available.

Adding items can be you done by placing a new order with the additional items you want. Please indicate in the new order in the comments section  that you want it added to your previous order. Please reference the other order number.

If we can combine both orders you will be refunded any difference in the shipping cost from the additional order.  Although every attempt will be made to combine orders if possible we make no guarantees this will happen. Orders can not be combined if the 1st order has already been packaged. There may also be size or weight limitations that might prevent us from combing orders. We will make every attempt to combine your orders if possible.

Adding to your order may delay your 1st order or extend the time before it is shipped.

Back Orders/ Out of stock:

Out of stock

We attempt to make items that become out of stock to be unavailable to   add to your cart as soon as possible. We do not guarantee that because you can add an item to your cart that it is inventory. Out of stock items in your order will be credited back to you via your payment method

We do not have the ability to notify customers that an item is back ordered.

If any item(s) are essential to your order please call to make certain they are in stock at the time of your order. We must get an email or phone call from you regarding this. Do not put this in the comments section of your order.  

We will not cancel an order that is in process because of out of stock inventory.

Back Orders   are done on a case by case basis. If we decide to make all or part of your order a back order we will notify you via email that an item is back ordered and when we expect the item to be shipped out. If an item is back ordered and you want to cancel that item you can reply to the email with that request.


Refused packages:

Refused packages returned to us will be treated as unauthorized returns. No refund will be given for the returned items and items will be discarded. Additional fees for the cost to return the package to us will also be charged to the customer.

 

Order Errors or Shortages:

In the event that we make an error, we will of course gladly authorize the return of incorrect or defective merchandise. If an item was shorted we will refund the difference. We will usually not send the shorted amount. This will be decided on a case by case basis.

By purchasing you agree to carefully inspect all products, botanicals and ingredients upon arrival and report any problems or need for replacement within 72 hours of arrival.

Please send an email with the specific issue (this must be done in writing via email) followed by a phone call to be sure we are aware of your problem.
 

Requests after this time frame can not be honored. 

Returns:
To ensure the purity of our products, we do not accept returns on any  ingredient products. All sales are final, so please read the following carefully.

We do not accept returns or cancellations. Please be sure you intend to order what you have selected before you finalize your order. If you find that you have made an error on what you ordered please notify us immediately upon order placement and we will do our best to work with you as long as cancellation is not required to correct your order.

Please be sure to read all product information. We try to be as complete with the information we provide so that you can make a informed decision about what you are purchasing.

We do not accept returns, give refunds, or offer exchanges
because a product is too thick, oily, strong, weak, is not what you expected,
or it does not work the way you thought it might. All raw materials we offer are natural and will vary in color, consistency, aroma, texture and sometimes mesh or size. from batch to batch and season to season. If you are unsure please order a small quantity to test the item for your use first. Please do not expect uniformity when ordering natural raw materials.  

  Product Quality:

We offer undiluted essential oils, carrier oils, and various other products of the highest quality. The aroma and/or appearance of essential/vegetable oils and various butters may vary with each re-order and we cannot guarantee that the product you order today will look and smell exactly like the one you ordered previously or like the one you ordered from another supplier; all these products come from nature and there's no standardization. Our warehouse is fully air conditioned and kept at an ambient 75 degrees 24/7. All our products are fresh and we replenish our stock with regularity and as needed. It is the customer's responsibility to inspect all products received from us BEFORE using them. We will not be able to reimburse the customer because he/she used a mislabeled or defective ingredient and as a result ruined the product they were producing. Please don't let it be your loss. Check and inspect all ingredients before using them. T

Tempurature Extremes :

Some product may be sensative to extreme heat or cold. Please keep this in mind when ordering products that may melt from extreme heat or freeze from extreme cold. We will hold an order and not ship on a Friday to lessen the chance that the weather will adversely affect products in transit when possible. All products are package as securely as possible to prevent leaks. We can not prevent melting or freezing once an item leaves our warehouse and will not be responsible for the melting or freezing of items during transit. Please keep these weather extremes in mind when you place an order. 


Shelf Life of Essential Oils:

Under unopened conditions the shelf life from Date of Purchase is 1 year for most products. Once opened, shelf life can be greatly reduced and is dependent upon the conditions of storage. Whenever possible, keep tightly sealed and protect from exposure to moisture, light, pests and avoid exposure to extreme temperatures, especially heat. Reducing the available air space by decanting opened products into suitably sized containers should increase the shelf life of opened products.

While many of the products sold by Texas Natural Supply are identified as food grade, Texas Natural Supply does not advertise that products are for consumption or for use in food products. This should be done at the discretion of the customer.

Safety and Product Use Disclaimer:

Texas Natural Supply (TNS) attempts to be as accurate as possible description of the products sold on our Web Site. TNS cannot guarantee the accuracy or completeness of the information provided on our Web Site, during telephone conversations and/or written/email correspondence. It is up to each individual customer to research the appropriate safety and use information for each product we sell, including any governmental regulations in place for proper usage, labeling and sale after purchase from TNS.

The contents of the Texas Natural Supply Web Site has not been evaluated by the Food & Drug Administration (FDA). Information contained on our Web Site is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.

When you purchase products sold by Texas Natural Supply, you agree that you are knowledgeable concerning the safe usage and appropriate storage of these products. In addition, you agree to carefully inspect all products upon arrival and report any problems or need for replacement immediately. You agree that you will not hold Texas Natural Supply for any problems that arise from your storage and use of these products. You assume all product liability for the final products that result from the use of products purchased from Texas Natural Supply.

Most of our products such as butters, oils, essential oils, herbs & extracts, come from natural sources. They are subject to a normal range of variations in color, texture, odor etc. These variations can be due to seasonal changes such as temperature, rainfall, sunlight and other variables. These differences from batch to batch are normal and are not regarded as defects in the product quality. We cannot accept returns due to these variations because we cannot resell the product once it has left our facility. If you know that product variations may affect your production/formulation, please purchase a small quantity first and confirm that your larger order will be from the same batch.
