Carrageenan is a gel-forming polysaccharide found in red algae seaweed. This natural gelling agent is suitable for emulsions, bath products and is compatible with surfactants. Natural Vegetable Gums are used to thicken and stabilise emulsions as well as form "gels".
To hydrate, stir into distilled water and then warm slightly and stir again.
