Bulk bases are often used as a starting point or base for a final product. These bases should be versatile enough to allow for the addition of other raw materials (within limits) so that the user can create an new and unique final product.
This flexibility allows the user to be very creative without necessarily having a large working knowledge about how to formulate or produce the base they are using and still create a unique and professional final product.
