Please review all of the following information before choosing a shipping method.
We do not ship to forwarding companies or third parties.
We do not ship using customer's UPS or FED EX accounts.
We do not offer expedited shipping.
We do not offer order pick up.
We can not prevent melting or freezing once an item leaves our warehouse and will not be responsible for the melting or freezing of items during transit.
All US Mail shipments with in the USA incur a $3.95 Handling fee
All US Mail shipments outside the USA incur a $10.95 Customs fee
If you select a shipping method that is inappropriate for the items you have ordered, we may choose to switch the shipping method to the appropriate one. This may result in shipping delays and additional payment due for the shipping before your package can leave the facility.
Choosing an inappropriate shipping method may also result in the removal of these items from your order or possible cancellation of your order.
We reserve the right to switch the shipping option from USPS to FED EX, at our expense, if we believe that this will ensure the package arrives safely and will allow us to recover the value of the contents, due to lose or damaged in transit should they occur.
We offer shipping via both Fed Ex and US Mail.
Each option has it's limitations and restrictions.
Federal Express (Fed EX)
Allows for designated Ground transportation of Essential oils, Sodium Hydroxide, Potassium Hydroxide, Glycolic Acid, Lactic Acid and D-Limonene within the Continental US and Canada.
Can ship larger packages and allows for insurance of these packages. (We automatically insure all packages >$100.00) for our customers.
Has a designated delivery date for each package with live tracking of the package and proof of delivery.
Has a customer support department with a phone number for resolution of issues and claims.
Can ship larger packages
Has an accountability system that allows both parties to pursue reimbursement for a lost or damaged package.
It is usually slightly more expensive than shipping with US Mail.
Packages CAN NOT ship to a PO Box
United States Mail Service (USPS)
Usually slightly cheaper rates than other carriers within the US.
Can usually ship to International locations with less shipping and customs cost than other carriers
Packages can ship to a PO Box.
Does Not allow for Ground transportation of Essential oils, Sodium Hydroxide, Potassium Hydroxide, Glycolic Acid, Lactic Acid and D-Limonene ANYWHERE. (Domestic or International)
Does Not have a designated delivery date for each package with live tracking of the package and proof of delivery.
Does Not have a customer support department with a phone number for resolution of issues and claims. (The customer will somehow have to prove it was never delivered).
Can not ship larger packages (greater than 40 lbs)
We do not ship expensive or bulk items with a value greater than $100.00 via US Mail outside the USA. (There are a few rare exceptions for established customers.)
Does Not have an accountability system that allows both parties to pursue reimbursement for a lost or damaged package.
Does Not have a set date for the package to be delivered. (Priority Mail can take 2 weeks before a package will be declared undelivered or lost by USPS)
What you need to consider.
If your package is lost or damaged:
Shipped Fed Ex we will be able to assist you with recovery or replacement.
Shipped US Mail we will NOT be able to assist you.
